With a hybrid working pattern and a strong focus on being on site, you will typically complete around 4-6 inspections each day, ensuring communal areas, building fabric and services are well maintained and any risks are quickly addressed.You will be supported by a dedicated property management team and receive a £4,000 per annum car allowance on top of your salary. First-stage interviews will be via Microsoft Teams.
