Property Inspector (Damp / Mould)Inspect properties with damp and mould issues and make sure repairs and maintenance resolve problems safely and promptly. Work closely with a responsive repairs team, contractors and building contacts so statutory records stay accurate and works run smoothly.Role details 20.97- 23.50 per hour PAYE, 35 hours Monday to Friday, contract until March 2027 based in Aberdeen.OverviewAs a Property Inspector (Damp / Mould) you investigate reports of damp and mould and turn findings into clear repair instructions. You support a responsive maintenance service by visiting sites, recording outcomes and coordinating with contractors and building contacts.
