Overview As a Property Inspector (Damp / Mould) you investigate reports of damp and mould and turn findings into clear repair instructions. You support a responsive maintenance service by visiting sites, recording outcomes and coordinating with contractors and building contacts. The role exists to keep buildings compliant and residents supported through timely, well-documented remedial works.
