They will predominantly undertake Damp & Mould inspections have oversight of works in progress, carryout post inspections, work directly with contractors. They will also be involved inspections for Disrepair claims where needed WHAT''S MY ROLE? You will be surveying and reporting upon the quality of the homes we manage. You will be diagnosing defects and managing cases including remedying damp and mould, pest infestation, disrepair and aids and adaptations to ensure they are quickly and effectively resolved. You will also be undertaking cost benefit analysis of potential works and options on major works as required, stock condition working closely across Asset Management Teams and the wider business to maximise the value of our homes and delivery great services to our customers.
