Property Inspections Team Coordinator Basic salary to £28,000, depending on relevant experience. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Hybrid working will commence once initial training is completed, depending on relevant experience and how quickly you learn the role, this can typically take 6 months, so you must be prepared to commute to Chelmsford on a daily basis until such time as your training is deemed complete. Once you complete your initial probationary period you will work on a hybrid basis working 2 days from home and 3 days in Chelmsford. Property Inspections Team Coordinator Booking property visits. Arranging deposit releases on DocuSign and submitting to accounts. Managing content on related third-party CRM systems linked to Condition Reports (Inventories). Managing Property Inspection Consultant''s diaries and agency bookings to ensure a smooth coordination of appointments. Completing deposit negotiations from tenancy end date to the deposit being released.
