Property Inspections Team CoordinatorLocation: Chelmsford / HybridSalary: 25,000 - 28,000 + bonusesFull-time Permanent No weekendsWe are currently recruiting for a Property Inspections Team Coordinator to join the busy property management and inspections team of a highly successful and established independent estate agency.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential lettings professional looking to develop their career within property administration, inspections and tenancy management.Following successful completion of the initial probationary period, the role will become hybrid, offering a combination of home and office-based working.The RoleAs Property Inspections Team Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the property inspections team, helping to ensure appointments, inventories, compliance requirements and tenancy deposits are managed efficiently.You will work closely with Property Inspection Consultants, inventory clerks, branches, landlords, tenants and internal teams, playing a key role in keeping the department organised and ensuring appointments and processes run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and book property inspection visits and check-out appointments.Send reminder communications to tenants moving out.Update property management systems with meter readings, appliances and smoke/CO alarm information from inventories.Rearrange property visits and manage changes to appointments.Monitor group ..... full job details .....
