This is a field-based role, with the majority of the working day spent visiting residential properties to carry out inspections, assess condition, and produce detailed reports for landlords and internal teams. The role plays a key part in ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard throughout the tenancy lifecycle, supporting both landlords and tenants to resolve issues efficiently and fairly.
