Property Finance Solicitor (NQ-5 years'') - Edinburgh An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Finance Solicitor to join an established team in Edinburgh. The role will involve working with a varied client base on property finance and secured lending transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers. The Role You will be involved in a range of property finance matters, including: Examining and reporting on property titles Preparing and negotiating loan and security documentation Advising on secured lending transactions Coordinating loan drawdowns Dealing with the redemption of existing loans and security Supporting the completion of lending transactions Dealing with registration of security Liaising with clients and other stakeholders throughout transactions Supporting the wider team and contributing to business development activity About You You will be a qualified Scottish Solicitor with NQ-5 years'' PQE with commercial property experience. You will ideally have: Experience of commercial property and title examination Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Good communication and client relationship skills A commercially focused and proactive approach The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team Previous experience in property finance, banking or secured lending would be advantageous, although training will be provided on the wider aspects of the role.
