This is not a generic telemarketing role. You will combine market research, prospect intelligence, digital outreach, qualification discipline and precise record-keeping to locate relevant property investors, developers, business owners and private clients who may need bridging, auction, refurbishment, commercial or other specialist property funding. The role is 5 hours per week at £13.00 per hour. The weekly activity objective is to research and work a pipeline of approximately 100–200 relevant prospects. The core outcome is quality, consented enquiries — not spam, duplicate leads or forced applications. Quality and compliance always take priority over raw volume.
