Property Facilities Manager Reigate, Surrey £35,000 Full-time, 37.5 hours Our client, a small and friendly property management company, is looking for a Property Facilities Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You''ll take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance across a varied portfolio of predominantly commercial property across Surrey, Kent and the surrounding areas, with support from a Facilities Administrator handling diary management for health and safety and risk assessment work. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being the person contractors, tenants and clients turn to when something needs sorting. What you''ll be doing Maintaining processes and records for client properties relating to property maintenance. Managing databases for cyclical maintenance and property compliance records. Identifying and reviewing new contractors, and assisting with tendering, quotations and contractor invoicing. Responding to tenant calls, emails and direct contact, identifying and procuring maintenance and repair work. Attending client properties for regular inspection. Preparing annual service charge budgets for each property and forecasting to year end. Planning and implementing contract and cyclical works. Monitoring maintenance budget spending. Working cooperatively with the wider team, including fielding enquiries and occasional out-of-hours work. ..... full job details .....
