Overview

Eminent City firm with formidable real estate disputes team is hiring at managing associate level. This role targets candidates with 5+ years’ PQE in premium commercial property disputes. Working with a renowned client base of developers, lenders, corporate occupiers, and investors, you will be exposed to a broad range of mainstream and niche property disputes.Key areas include LandT, sales and purchase disputes, dilapidations, property risk management, rights of lights, and development disputes. A sector focus in hotel/leisure, retail, healthcare, in-house builder, or pension fund experience would be a bonus.Responsibilities

Support and manage premium commercial property dispute matters for a high-profile client base.Engage with disputes across LandT, sales/purchase disputes, dilapidations, property risk management, rights of lights, and development disputes.Collaborate with developers, lenders, corporate occupiers, and investors to deliver effective dispute resolution strategies.Qualifications

5+ years’ PQE in premium commercial property disputes.Experience with a range of property dispute matters and a track record with premium clients.Bonus: sector focus expertise in hotel/leisure, retail, healthcare; in-house builder or pension fund experience.How to apply
