Taking instruction and advising clients in all manner of property disputes.Drafting statements of case, witness statements, briefs to counsel and various other legal documentsAdvising clients on and conducting matters in Alternative Dispute ResolutionNetworking and business developmentAdvocacy (optional)Types of cases include:Residential landlord and tenant including possessions, disrepair, deposit disputes and mortgage possessions.Commercial landlord and tenant including dilapidations, forfeiture and lease renewals.Boundary, accessibility and land disputesRights of wayRights to lightAdverse possessionRequirements

Experience within any of the above areas2 years PQEClient-focused and have strong client handling skillsBe able to instil client confidenceStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsFlexibility and ability to multitask and manage time efficientlyShow a tenacity and determination to accomplish tasks within deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skillsCompany Description
