Your new companyOur client is a highly-respected defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a solicitor or associate to join their well-regarded property damage team in their Manchester or Birmingham offices on a hybrid basis. Your new roleThis Property Damage Solicitor/Associate role will see you responsible for:Independently manage a caseload of property damage related claims Contribute to higher-value cases as part of a collaborative team.Interpret and respond to client needs, ensuring all casework aligns with client SLAs and industry best practices.Assess risk and exercise sound judgment to support and justify decisions to both internal stakeholders and external clients.Organise and prioritise tasks to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to expand business networks and deepen understanding of the Firm''s strategic goals and client expectations.Serve as a mentor and primary point of contact for junior team members, offering guidance and support as needed.What you''ll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 6 months experience handling your own caseload of property insurance claims.
