This role offers the chance to handle a broad range of complex insurance-related disputes while taking on greater responsibility and contributing to the development of the wider practice. JOB REF: 4276 THE ROLE: • Take ownership of a varied caseload of property damage matters, managing files through all stages of the claims process. • Deliver a high standard of client service while ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and within agreed timescales. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and contribute to the successful management of caseloads across the department. • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with insurer clients, brokers, experts and other key stakeholders. • Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers and assist with their ongoing development and supervision. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
