This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding commercial insurance team handling complex and exciting work for a range of clients.Responsibilities

Work undertaken by the team includes property damage, subrogated recovery and coverage litigation.Advise on fire, flood, construction and subsidence claims.Subrogated recoveries and coverage disputes.Liability defence and strategic advisory work.Contribute to BD initiatives and client training.Mentor junior fee earners and support team development.Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE.Experience in property damage, subrogated loss or wider insurance litigation.Excellent drafting, analytical and client-handling skills.Commercially aware and collaborative in approach.Opportunity and progression
