They''re investing heavily, expanding across multiple regions and creating high-quality rental communities across both houses and apartments. As a Property Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You''ll become the go-to person for prospects, residents and the wider leasing team, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience from first enquiry through to move-in. What You''ll Be Doing Coordinating enquiries, viewings and customer communications Supporting applicants through referencing and move-in processes Managing property listings, images, descriptions and online updates Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date Liaising with third-party providers and internal stakeholders Supporting residents with queries and general requests Monitoring applications and ensuring timelines are met Providing administrative and operational support to the wider leasing team What We''re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication ..... full job details .....
