This is a varied role combining facilities and property knowledge, field operations and team leadership.You''ll manage and develop a small, flexible field team, coordinate inspections and contractor visits, visit properties across London and surrounding areas, and help assess the work required to get buildings ready for occupation.This isn''t a traditional desk-based FM role. You''ll be out in the field, looking at buildings, identifying issues, quality-checking work and using your practical knowledge to help make good property decisions.
