Property Portfolio Coordinator
Overview
The Property Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the management and performance of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication with stakeholders, and compliance with relevant regulations while maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction and asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist with tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals, and terminations
- Monitor rent payments, arrears, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance teams
- Schedule and track property maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective work completion
- Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and compliance logs
- Support budgeting processes and track property-related expenses
- Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal requirements
The role holder must have a full /clean driving license as occasionally you may be asked to travel to sites in Kent and West Sussex,-
This role is not hybrid, the successful role holder will be required to work from the Estate Office Monday to Friday, the hours are 9am to 3pm (some flexibility available)-
