About the Role
A Property Consultant is required for a full-time role based in Horfield, covering the Nailsea area. The position involves managing the complete sales process, from securing new instructions through to negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion. Responsibilities include conducting property valuations and viewings, registering applicants, and building lasting client relationships. The Consultant will also generate new business to maintain a strong local presence while ensuring full compliance throughout each transaction. Candidates should possess estate agency experience at a Senior Negotiator or Valuer level, coupled with strong local market knowledge. The role offers a salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum, with a working pattern of Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm on a rota basis.

Hours:
Monday–Friday 8:45am–6pm
Saturday 9am–4pm (1 in 3, day off in lieu)
Main Duties

Skills & Experience
Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator or Valuer level
Strong local market knowledge
Proven track record in valuations and sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional
Full UK driving licence
