Job title: Property Consultant Salary: up to 27k Location: Chelmsford My client is looking for a Property Consultant to join their team, you will be working in the Head Office supporting the branches. Duties: To provide support across the full spectrum of the Estate Agency industry including residential sales, Lettings, Financial Services and our Land and New Homes Department Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers to generate interest and secure appointments Respond promptly to inbound enquiries Providing accurate property information Identifying all business opportunity To maintain and update the CRM system Prompt follow up and qualification of website leads Support marketing campaigns Meet and exceed agreed individual appointment and conversion targets Attributes: Confident communicator with excellent listening and persuasion skills.
