In this role, you''ll maintain accurate data across a range of property assets, including passenger lifts, playgrounds, fire safety systems, fixed wiring, gas and water. You''ll play a key role in monitoring compliance, ensuring all servicing, testing, maintenance and assessment activities meet regulatory and organisational requirements.You''ll be responsible for maintaining reliable asset data, carrying out regular reconciliations across multiple systems and ensuring all assets align to the correct compliance regimes.
