This is a key position responsible for overseeing compliance across a large residential property portfolio, working closely with Property Managers to ensure all statutory requirements, licences and certification are kept fully up to date. Key Responsibilities: Oversee property compliance across a large residential portfolio. Manage HMO, selective and additional licensing requirements across multiple local authorities. Monitor compliance certificates, licences, expiry dates and outstanding actions. Identify compliance gaps and ensure these are addressed promptly. Work closely with Property Managers, regularly chasing and escalating outstanding matters where required. Ensure compliance with requirements including Gas Safety, EICRs, EPCs, Fire Risk Assessments, Legionella, emergency lighting and smoke/CO alarms. Maintain accurate records and compliance data using ProPack or similar systems. About You: Proven experience in residential property compliance is essential.
