Property Compliance Manager

Your new companyYour new company is a local authority based in Wirral.Your new roleYour new role as Property Compliance Manager will require you to ensure the statutory compliance obligations of the organisation are met. You will be responsible for ensuring that all properties remain fully compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements, including gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety, asbestos management, water hygiene, and lift maintenance.What you''ll need to succeedTo succeed, you will need a strong statutory compliance background, ideally in a commercial property, live and operational environment. You will ideally be academically qualified in a building/construction related field and possess CPD compliance, e.g. NEBOSH, P402/5, CDM etc.You will possess a background in a public sector role i.e. NHS, Council, University or other operational environment.
