Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing,not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced interim Property Compliance Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organisation meets all statutory and regulatory requirements relating to property safety, while embedding a culture of best practice and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Lead on all areas of property compliance, including gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, and lift safety. Ensure policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks meet regulatory standards and sector best practice. Oversee compliance programmes, audits, and remedial actions across the housing stock. Provide expert guidance to operational teams, ensuring a proactive approach to property safety. Manage contractor performance and ensure quality and timely delivery of compliance-related works. Prepare compliance reports for senior management, Board, and regulators. About You: Proven track record in property compliance management within the social housing sector. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and relevant housing legislation. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing compliance programmes and audits across multiple property disciplines. Ability to work at pace in an interim role, providing immediate impact. ..... full job details .....
