This role could suit someone with strong hospitality, customer service or retail experience who are looking for a more commercial roleDAY TO DAY:Main point of contact for tenants and landlords, managing property portfolios with a proactive approachHandling queries, complaints with tenants, Coordinating and processing maintenance requests, liaising with 3rd parties /service providers to provide an efficient service Ensuring all properties are compliant with relevant regulationsConducting inspections and reporting on conditions, booking in follow up procedures and checksHelping tenants on board, handover notes, schedules of conditions and key information to tenantsAssisting tenants moving out, arranging end of tenancy paperwork, keys, final checks etc Maintaining records, files and property management Using and preparing reports on energy consumption, Working collaboratively with wider team and supporting elsewhere in business as and when needed WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:Great customer service skills and a desire to provide great commercial serviceExperience in a property management role is advantageous but not essential Someone who can multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain professional standardsGood accuracy and ..... full job details .....
