Property Claims Handler

We are recruiting for an experienced Property Claims Handler to join our client''s team, managing a varied caseload of property claims from initial notification through investigation and assessment to successful settlement. Key Responsibilities Manage property claims end-to-end, from first notification through to settlement. Review policy coverage and assess claims, liability and property damage. Investigate claims and gather, review and evaluate relevant evidence. Negotiate settlements with customers, insurers, loss adjusters and other stakeholders. Liaise effectively with brokers, underwriters, customers and third parties. Handle enquiries, complaints and correspondence promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. Manage a varied caseload, prioritising effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in insurance claims handling is essential. Previous property claims experience is highly desirable. Good knowledge of insurance products, policy coverage and claims processes. Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
