Property Claims Account Handler Are you an experienced insurance or claims professional looking to develop your career within the real estate and commercial property sector? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Claims Account Handler to join a growing specialist claims team. This role offers the chance to work with UK and European property portfolios, managing claims from initial notification through to settlement while building strong relationships with clients, brokers, insurers and internal stakeholders. The Role Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of property and liability claims, ensuring they are managed efficiently, professionally and in line with company standards and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Investigate, negotiate and agree claim settlements in a professional and timely manner. Manage a portfolio of property and liability claims from instruction through to conclusion. Liaise with policyholders, insurers, brokers and other stakeholders to drive claims to resolution. Work with clients and contacts across both the UK and Europe. Produce accurate reports in line with professional standards and agreed service levels. Ensure time recording and billing processes are completed accurately and in accordance with internal procedures. Raise invoices accurately and within required timescales.
