ROLE: Property Assistant SALARY: £29,000 LOCATION: LiverpoolI am working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in Southport, who are looking to recruit a Property Assistant to support a Partner specialising in both residential and commercial property matters.This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing to work closely with an experienced Partner, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality work within a professional and supportive office environment. The role will involve: Providing direct support to a Partner on residential and commercial property transactionsAssisting with file management from instruction through to completionPreparing legal documents and correspondenceHandling client queries and providing updatesConducting searches, including Land Registry checksManaging diaries, appointments, and general administrative dutiesSupporting with post-completion work and file closures The firm is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years'' experience within a residential conveyancing assistant or legal secretary role.
