Our Client voted Best HMO Agency UK 2025, is seeking a proactive and reliable Remote Team Player to assist with property inspections, viewings, and local tenant/property support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company, sharing their commitment to top-tier service, all on a flexible 10-hour-per-week basis.
The Role: Remote Property & Tenant Support
As our Remote Property & Tenant Support, you''ll be a vital part of our operations in South East London. Your responsibilities will include:
Property Inspections:
Conducting thorough property inspections to ensure our high standards are maintained.
Property Viewings: Meeting prospective tenants and showcasing our fantastic properties. Being supportive to prospective tenants at a highly stressful time.
Local Tenant Support: Providing on-the-ground assistance to our tenants as needed.
Property Support: Offering general support for our properties in the South East London area. Meeting tradespeople might be worth a mention. Trouble shooting, common sense and practical a must.
What We''re Looking For:
South East London Based: You must live within South East London.
Property experience would be an advantage
Exceptional Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach is essential for inspections and general support.
Customer Service Excellence: A commitment to providing top-tier service to both landlords and tenants.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and apps for reporting and communication.
Independent & Reliable: Able to work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively.
Driving Licence & Own Car: Essential for travel between properties.
Culture Fit: Someone who aligns with our values of excellent service, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Availability: Looking for a flexible role, approximately 10 hours per week. Most will be during the day but some viewings will be in the evening. Flexibility both ways as we will also be flexible with them. Will come to the office once a month maximum.
