This is a field-based role requiring regular travel between properties, so a car user is preferred . About the Role You will play a key role in preparing void properties for re-let, working closely with Housing, Allocations and Repairs teams to ensure homes are let quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, completing tenancy sign-ups and providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants. Key Responsibilities Arrange and conduct viewings of void properties. Complete tenancy sign-ups in line with council procedures.
