Title: Property Administrator Location: Elstree Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about property management? We re looking for a proactive Property Administrator to join client based in Elstree! Key Responsibilities: Manage property documentation and records with precision Coordinate communication between tenants, landlords, and contractors Assist with rent collection, lease agreements, and maintenance scheduling Support the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies What We re Looking For: Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Previous experience in property administration or real estate (preferred) Proficiency with property management software and MS Office Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Due to the very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
