Property Administrator

Our client is a friendly Property Investment business with a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in and around London. The company is seeking a Property Administrator / Property Maintenance Coordinator for a varied role, based Hybrid / office in Central London.You should have some relevant experience in Property Administration or Property Management.The Property Administrator / Property Maintenance Coordinator role will include: Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and tenantsArranging property inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completedAssist with tenant onboarding and moving-out processesMaintain accurate property records, databases and compliance documentationHandle general enquiries from tenants and service providersProvide administrative support to the property management teamVisiting the properties and coordinating and deliveriesPrevious experience in property management or property administration would be useful, together with excellent communication, customer service and organisational abilities and a keen attention to detail. You will need to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential and experience with property management software would be useful but not essential. A team-player is required with a positive, can-do attitude.
