The role will cover property-level reporting, service charge accounting, reconciliations, financial planning and compliance with relevant lease terms and controls. You will work across property management and finance teams, providing financial insight to support operational and commercial decision-making. Role responsibilities Maintain management and financial transactions within SAP and Horizon. Produce accurate property-level management reporting and financial information. Manage service charge accounting, reconciliations and associated financial controls. Partner with property managers, data teams and credit controllers to provide a consolidated view of financial performance. Collect, consolidate and review financial-planning information, including supporting risks and opportunities. Produce forecasts and contribute to short- and long-term business planning.
