Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of an established client expanding its promotional sales team across London. They''re looking for outgoing, confident individuals to join as Promotional Sales Assistants, representing well-known brands and charities through live, face-to-face campaigns. Full training is provided from day one.

About the Role

As a Promotional Sales Assistant, you''ll be at the heart of live promotional campaigns - out in busy public locations, at events, or within local communities across London, engaging directly with the public. Your job is to grab attention, spark interest, and bring each campaign to life through confident, genuine conversation.

You''ll introduce people to the brand or cause you''re promoting, answer their questions on the spot, and guide anyone interested through a quick and simple sign-up process, all while representing the campaign professionally and enthusiastically.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Actively engaging the public in high-footfall locations across London.

• Delivering clear, confident, and engaging promotional pitches.

• Creating a positive first impression for every brand and campaign you represent.

• Converting interest into sign-ups through a smooth, guided process.

• Hitting daily and weekly promotional sales targets.

• Attending regular training sessions on pitching, promotion, and campaign updates.

• Bringing energy and positivity to a fast-paced team environment.

What You''ll Receive

• Full training and hands-on coaching from experienced promoters.

• Total earnings ranging between -1,935 and -2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
