About the team The Corporate Programmes team works closely with senior managers across the organisation to provide advice and guidance on the council''s approach to project and programme management, as well as directly managing and supporting high-profile projects and programmes aligned with the council''s key strategic priorities. With the continuing significant financial pressure on the council, the team''s focus is on cross-council transformation projects that deliver substantial savings, generate income or other financial benefit.
