You will be responsible for managing both installation and modernisation projects , as well as overseeing subcontractor project work carried out on behalf of other lift companies. Key Responsibilities Manage large-scale lift installation and modernisation projects from start to completion. Oversee subcontractor project work and ensure projects are delivered to the required standards. Take responsibility for the day-to-day effectiveness and success of the Installation/Modernisation Department. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, staffing plans and procurement requirements.
