Company DescriptionBJF Group is a leading multidiscipline Main Contractor based across the UK, specialising in delivering highquality construction projects across various sectors priding ourselves of our reputation for excellence and attention to detail.Within our Facilities Management division, the South West Projects team plays a crucial role in the daytoday delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client''s sites.PositionAs part of our continued growth, our FM division are looking to appoint an experienced and professional MultiSkilled Engineer to work as part of the South East projects FM team, delivering traderelated solutions to enable BJF Group to meet and exceed clientspecific contractual obligations across multiple estates of varying ages and building types.Primary responsibilities of the role:Respond to reactive calls, carrying out first fix where possible and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible to ensure minimum downtime across sitesCarry out all planned building/fabrication maintenance tasks as per program, keeping accurate auditable records of works planned and completedEnsuring the site is kept in good decorative order internally and externally, inline with given specificationEstablishing strong working relationships to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and projectsTo always work in a safe manner and to a highstandard, in line with best working ..... full job details .....
