Position: Mechanical Projects EstimatorLocation: Commutable to DartfordDuration: PermanentSalary: From £50,000 to £65,000 subject to experience levelWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator with a strong background in commercial projects.This Estimator will be working as part of a team and very closely with the company s projects director in relation to commercial mechanical refurbishment and new build projectsThe right person for this position will already have a strong mechanical estimating background. They need to have worked on projects that have included either heating, plant room, ventilation or air conditioning.They will be working on projects with values from the Tens of thousands of pounds into the Millions.This role is office based, but will also involve site visits and will have a small amount of remote working if desiredRequirements Must be experienced in Mechanical Project EstimatingWorked on projects that have involved commercial heating, air conditioning or plant roomsBased in a commutable distance to DartfordDegree level qualification is preferred but not essentialTechnical knowledge would be a major advantageMust be happy to travel to the office Package Basic salary subject to experience level25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionTravel expenses when attending site If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAPSER-INNo job description ..... full job details .....
