Interpret technical specifications, drawings and client requirements to develop compliant project solutions. Make commercially sound decisions regarding pricing, margins and project profitability. Develop and present professional bid submissions, including quotations, programmes and technical information. Build effective working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive and compliant pricing. Conduct site surveys and recommend practical, value-engineered and sustainable solutions for clients. Collaborate closely with project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and commercial alignment. Support continuous improvement within estimating processes, systems and ways of working. Requirements: Proven experience producing HVAC/Gas project quotations ranging from -20k150k, with larger value projects advantageous.
