Projects Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organised Projects Assistant to join our Capital and Planned Investment Team on a fixed-term secondment.This team plays a vital role in delivering capital investment and retrofit programmes across our housing stock, including major improvement works and grant-funded construction projects. Our work supports decarbonisation goals and ensures compliance with industry standards.As Projects Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support, helping to deliver high-quality, customer-focused projects that make a real difference to people''s homes and communities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day contract and project administration supportAssist with pre-construction and procurement activitiesSupport monitoring of contractor performance and KPIsWork closely with Project Officers and Technical InspectorsMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsSupport financial monitoring and reporting activitiesLiaise with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholdersProvide general administrative support to managers and the wider teamAbout YouWe''re looking for someone who is highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
