This is a great opportunity to work within a well-established production environment with early finishes on Fridays and consistent daytime hours. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining projection welding machinery while ensuring all components are produced to the required quality standards safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Set and prepare projection welding machines for production runs Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions Adjust welding parameters including current, pressure, and timing Load and position components using jigs, fixtures, and tooling Carry out first-off inspections and routine quality checks Monitor machine performance and report faults where necessary Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved Maintain a safe and tidy working environment Complete production records and documentation accuratel...
