With a long-standing reputation for innovation, technical excellence, and delivering complex ground investigation projects, our client continues to set the standard across the industry. As they expand their senior team, they’re looking for someone with the right blend of technical understanding and client-facing confidence to take their projects to the next level.In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in overseeing the full project lifecycle—from initial scoping and stakeholder engagement to delivery and post-project review. You’ll work closely with estimators and liaise directly with end clients, ensuring each project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. While a background in ground investigations is highly advantageous, the real key to success here is the ability to lead with clarity, communicate effectively across technical and commercial teams, and confidently represent the business in front of clients.Key Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the geotechnical or construction sectorStrong understanding of ground investigations and subsurface engineeringAbility to liaise confidently with stakeholders including estimators, clients, and internal delivery teamsExcellent communication and organisational skillsComfortable managing multiple projects with a focus on quality, safety, and budget controlFull UK driving license and willingness to attend office meetings a few times a weekThis is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that truly values flexibility and work-life balance—expect just 2–3 days in the office per week, with the rest of your time managed to suit you and your projects.
