Project Worker
About the role? Are you ready to stand alongside women facing multiple disadvantage and play a meaningful role in their journeys? As a Project Worker in our Camden women''s service, you''ll be at the centre of a busy, purposeful environment where every conversation, support session and safety plan matters. Working in trauma-informed, psychologically informed accommodation, you''ll build trusted relationships, carry out thoughtful assessments and co-produce support plans that help women move towards stability, recovery and greater independence. Day to day, you''ll balance practical action with compassionate challenge - supporting women to manage risk, strengthen their wellbeing, navigate services and develop the skills and confidence to shape their own futures. You''ll deliver structured keywork and group sessions, liaise with partners across mental health, substance use, health and criminal justice services, and play a vital role in creating a safe, consistent and empowering space. Your work will help women rebuild trust, reconnect with their strengths and take meaningful steps forward.
