Base 12 is a specialist programme designed to support young people aged 16-25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The programme helps learners who are not yet ready to progress directly onto a vocational college course by developing their confidence, resilience, independence, employability, and social skills. Working closely with teaching staff and the Pastoral and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will provide pastoral, behavioural, and learner engagement support both inside and outside the classroom.
