The Role As a Project Worker, you will: Complete Missing from Care Return Interviews. Assess risk, identify support needs, and provide short-term interventions. Manage your own caseload of children and young people. Work alongside social care, police, education, and other partner agencies. Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. Maintain accurate records and case notes. Help children and young people have their voices heard. About You To be successful as a Project Worker, you will have: Experience working with vulnerable children and young people, particularly those in care. Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and exploitation risks. Experience completing assessments and planning interventions. Strong communication, advocacy, and record-keeping skills.
