Barnardo''s is seeking a dedicated Project Worker 2 to join our Healthy, Respectful Relationships Programme, working with children, young people, and families from sanctuary-seeking backgrounds across the region About the Role This is a rewarding and impactful opportunity to empower young people to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to form healthy, respectful relationships. You will: Deliver engaging group sessions and one-to-one support, tailored to the needs of children and young people Use creative, age-appropriate approaches to explore important topics such as equality, respect, and wellbeing Help young people challenge harmful attitudes and develop positive behaviours and strong values Work closely with families and communities to ensure holistic, culturally sensitive support Specific Responsibilities Engage with key personnel to make them aware of the service and the referral process. Liaise with parents to arrange an initial home visit or organise group meetings with the parents/carers of children and young people referred to the programme.
