Project Quantity Surveyor Social Housing Planned Works Project Quantity Surveyor opportunity in North Birmingham, managing the commercial delivery of social housing planned maintenance programmes. We are working with a leading property services and construction business that is looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join its planned maintenance team. You ll take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of multiple workstreams, working closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Job Description Manage the commercial delivery of planned maintenance projects from mobilisation through to final account across North Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. Control project costs, including budgets, forecasts, cost plans, valuations and monthly financial reporting. Manage subcontractor procurement, including tendering, negotiation, contract administration and ongoing commercial performance. Identify commercial risks and opportunities while maintaining strong cost control and contractual compliance across each programme. Build client and stakeholder relationships, providing clear commercial reporting and supporting operational teams to deliver projects successfully.
