About the RoleRussell Taylor Group is seeking a Project Surveyor to join their team in Oxford. The company aims to deliver high-standard projects, transforming designs into reality with a focus on quality. The successful candidate will oversee projects valued between £5m and £30m, primarily education projects in Oxfordshire, with opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor project budgets to ensure cost certainty and financial efficiency.

Report weekly to the Commercial team and take ownership of your projects.

Oversee procurement of specialist subcontractors, ensuring timely appointments and robust contract administration, including valuations, cash flow forecasts, variations, and final accounts.

Candidate RequirementsExperience in project surveying, with relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying, JCT Contracts knowledge, and a driven attitude towards project delivery.
