Project Surveyor Damp, Mould and Disrepair The Vacancy Full time, Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) Peterborough - Field based blended with remote and office working 47,096 - 49,575 per annum Our client a Medium sized Social Housing Provider are expanding their Asset team and are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Surveyor specialising in Damp, Mould and Disrepair to help deliver safe, compliant and high-quality homes for their residents. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in tackling one of the most important areas within housing, ensuring properties are free from damp and mould risks, resolving disrepair issues, and improving living conditions for our customers. About the role As a Project Surveyor, you will take the lead on damp, mould and disrepair cases, carrying out detailed inspections, diagnosing root causes, and delivering effective, long-term solutions. You''ll manage cases from initial investigation through to completion, working closely with residents, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are delivered to a high standard, within budget, and in line with regulatory requirements. This role is both technical and customer-focused, requiring strong communication, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
