Project Surveyor - Retrofit

As Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful commercial delivery of retrofit projects across your designated region. Working closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors, you will help maximise profitability while maintaining excellent levels of service and compliance.Client DetailsOur client are a well known housing contractor looking for a Project Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a newly secured long-term social housing retrofit framework. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving homes, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting sustainable communities across the UK.DescriptionWorking within a dedicated region, you will take ownership of approximately 3 million of annual retrofit works, supporting the commercial delivery of a diverse programme that includes:Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI)Window and Door ReplacementsSolar PV InstallationsAir Source Heat PumpsAssociated Retrofit and Energy Efficiency WorksKey ResponsibilitiesManaging CVRs, cost reporting, budgets, and forecasts.Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.Processing valuations, payments, and final accounts.Supporting client meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Ensuring contractual compliance and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborating with operational teams to drive contract performance and profitability. ..... full job details .....
